  I have been a member of quite a few gyms in my time but this one is by far the best for many reasons. It's small, so all the staff know who you are. It's extremely friendly and relaxed, so you never feel out of place or self conscious. It's fun (if that's what you can call endless squats at "Body Blitz"). It's has well maintained, modern machines, great showers and even a sauna and jacuzzi! On top of which, the staff really know their stuff and are always on hand to help. 10/10 from me!
